Abuse and misuse are determined at my discretion, upon reception of the knife.

If for any reason you would like a REFUND on your knife, it WILL NOT be granted until we have spoken and the knife is in my possession and has inspected by me. Refunds are not processed until knives are received from Reate unless otherwise negotiated.
